Personal training in a space that’s most convenient for you.
Finding time in your day for a workout can be difficult, so I make it a little easier by traveling to your home (or nearby park) with any exercise equipment we may need.
I’ll lead you through a custom workout including warm-up, mobility drills, cardio, resistance training, and stretching – all based on your fitness level, personal goals and preferences.
I offer virtual training sessions through Zoom for effective workouts at home or while traveling.
I’ll instruct you on using equipment you have available – like dumbbells or resistance bands – or you can workout with just an exercise mat. The workout will be designed to fit you.
For clients who prefer a studio setting with access to a variety of machines, weights and cardio equipment, I train in a few local personal training studios:
