In-Home
Personal Training

$55 per session.

Finding time in your day for a workout can be difficult, so I make it a little easier by traveling to your home with all the equipment needed for your custom workout. 

I’ll lead you through a custom workout program including warm-up, mobility drills, cardio, resistance training and stretching – all based on your fitness level, personal goals and preferences. 

Sessions are 1 hour.

In-home training is available for clients within 15-miles of Camp Hill.

Virtual
Personal Training

$45 per session.

I offer virtual training through an online video chat for effective workouts at home or while traveling.

I’ll instruct you on using equipment you have available – like dumbbells or resistance bands – or you can workout with just an exercise mat. The workout will be designed to fit you.

Sessions are 1 hour.

Not only did Katie make me feel comfortable, she was very encouraging. It helped show me that I am capable of anything I put my mind to.  She made it fun and enjoyable; I looked forward to my session each day I knew she was coming.
