What is Functional Fitness?

Functional Fitness is a blend of strength and cardio training that uses movement patterns that are common in everyday or recreational activities.

I strive for muscular balance,  improved stability and mobility, and overall better health for my clients.

Equipment like resistance bands, dumbbells, exercise steps, and the BOSU balance trainer require more body awareness and control than stationary machines. This equipment allows for endless, creative combinations of exercises!


What I’ll Do For You

I design a personalized workout for each day that we meet. Each workout is based on your current fitness level and personal goals.

I supervise each part of your workout, carefully watching your form so that each exercise is effective.

I encourage you to challenge yourself, to stay positive and to stick with your healthy routine.

In-Home Training

Finding time in your day for a workout can be difficult, so I make it a little easier by traveling to your home with any exercise equipment we may need.
