Personal training sessions with Katie are focused on improving strength, cardio endurance, mobility and stability. Using a functional strength training approach, each workout is planned specifically for the client and her goals – without any time wasted on “filler” exercises.
Katie, a certified personal trainer, not only strives to see her clients meet their fitness goals but loves to see them living healthy and active lives.

What a Session Looks Like
Katie designs a personalized workout for each day that you meet. Each workout is based on your current fitness level and personal goals.
Katie supervises each part of your workout, carefully watching your form so that each exercise is effective.
Katie encourages you to challenge yourself, to stay positive and to stick with your healthy routine.
